This presentation offers insight into important cultural differences between and among people across a variety of domains as a tool for competent communication with clients, and the concept and importance of occupational justice in OT.
Objectives:
Participants will:
- Gain insight about important differences between and among people as a tool for communication with clients.
- Understand the concept and importance of occupational justice and ways that OT practitioners can bring occupational justice into the lives of clients.
- Obtain detailed information for further study, reflection, and or action for cultural awareness, competence and occupational justice.
